I had a nightmare of a crawl space problem. We're in an old, historic neighborhood. After putting down thousands in cleaning up the crawl space and installing a dehumidifier and Clean Space floor covering, we got a rat problem. We called Sebastien after he was recommended to me. He gave us a bundle to treat the rat problem but really went above and beyond. This was not a simple problem. We ended up finding several areas where rats were coming in, and had a lot of back and forth with plumbers and with specialists who did a smoke test. Sebastien was available, and helped us communicate with all he teams involved. Especially since as an anglophone who does not know all the terminology of plumbing, I wanted to make sure all of the information was understood by those involved. Eventually we had to call him back because before we could have the space professionally cleaned, we needed certification that the space was safe and rat free. Throughout the process Sebastien was calm, friendly, professional and patient with us. Our issue took months of investigation and work. He's tech savvy, so he could send me photos from his phone, and he's easily reached. I don't hesitate in recommending him, and though I really hope my rat saga is over, I would call him again for any other issue I have. Highly recommended.
