Never book any charlet or condo with this company. They will cancel your reservation within ten days before departure with ridiculous reason and without any compensation. Contacting customer service is very difficult, no one will solve the problemreally disgusting. It will make you waste a lot of money and time

We stayed at the Boreal Chalet for a girls weekend recently. House was beautiful but we had a few issues, no coffee pot which we called for but by the time they brought us one, it was afternoon. Propane tank was empty and we had planned to BBQ burgers, never got a response at all and ended up eating leftovers. Wifi only worked for part of the weekend. I emailed multiple times before our stay to find out if there was firewood provided and never got a response until we checked in. Thankfully we brought enough but FYI to others asking, firewood is only provided in the winter. Loved that the house had multiple fridges on different levels, basement fridge was great for drinks when we were at the bonfire and in the hot tub. Beds were very comfortable! All in all, we enjoyed our stay but some better communication would have made this a 5 star review.
