The stairs that connect from the SPA lockers to the SPA reception/treatment rooms (different level) have been closed for a month. You have to go through the hotel restaurant /lobby, in your bathrobe & sandals, through lots of people eating,stting,ordering, or coming in with their ski gear. It's not acceptable that Fairmont does not fix their stairs.... for over a MONTH!! This completely ruins the experience. You can do better Fairmont!

Trs satisfait de Marjorie, je la recommande. l'coute du client et trs aimable. Si du ct des prestations tout s'est bien pass, en revanche, petit bmol pour l'infrastructure de la section des bains. Le btiment manque d'amour, il est malheureusement un peu vieillot. Au prix factur, le Fairmont devrait penser envisager une modernisation. Pour l'ensemble ce fut une belle exprience et un agrable moment au cur de Mont Tremblant. (Visite du 17 dcembre 2022)
