Ordered piece of furniture on March 8th 2015 with an 8-10 weeks delivery. After 15 weeks still no furniture in sight and have had all excuses one can think of. I left 3 messages from the owner and to date no phone call either. This company protects itself and their suppliers but do little for their customer. I guess they don't care about customer service. Nice store , nice staff but service sucks. If you go there look around but buy elsewhere.

Finalement 4mois plus tard je suis all en boutique pour me faire rembours le dpt et a ma grande surprise jai vue le cadre que nous attendions depuis 4mois sur un mur afficher a vendre!!!! Quoi que vous faite nacheter riens qui nes pas dj en magasin!!!!

We ordered 2 chairs for our living room ($2900 purchase) in July 2014 and paid 30% deposit. Our contract stated that the chairs would be delivered within 8 weeks. After the 8 weeks had passed, we kept following up with the store owner and other employees about the status of our order. Every time, we kept getting the story that the chairs would be ready in 1-2 weeks. We were disappointed that no one from the store ever took the initiative to call us and give us an update. Finally the chairs were delivered at the end of November (18 weeks later), however the frame of one of the chairs arrived broken! It was taken back for repair and we were told that the repairs would take between 10 days and 2 weeks. We are now in the second half of January (8 weeks later) and we still don't have the chair! No one has ever called us to give us an update and when we call, they promise to look into it but don't call us back. It has been 26 weeks since we ordered our chairs and paid a deposit of almost $1000 and we have still to get our order in full. We have also asked about receiving a discount for the inconvenience but no luck there either. Although the owners seem like nice people, ignoring the problem instead of dealing with it directly is no way to treat customers. As such, we cannot recommend this store (especially for customers ordering furniture for future delivery).
