Le Westin Tremblant

Make sure when you stay at the Westin, you pay with your credit card. My girlfriend and I got double charged because we paid cash at checkout. Later on that day, we noticed that her credit card got charged as well. We contacted the hotel and have been fighting with them for almost a month now. They told us there was no proof that we paid cash. On the receipt, it doesn't say paid cash or credit it just says paid. I asked them when they did their cash out that day. If they were negative or positive or balanced, they said they were balanced. I think what happened was when we paid cash, the woman at the front desk pocketed the money, or the hotel scammed us. I will never stay there again and I will never recommend them..

Beautiful hotel, beautiful location. There are: outside pool and hot tub, There is a sauna, laundry on each floor and tall underground parking. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very well located where you can enjoy the amenities such as the pool, gym and spa. Breakfast is not included but they have a buffet service that I really recommend. The rooms have a fireplace inside which I think is a very romantic and beautiful detail. The receptionists are very kind, if you want, they give you a map of the entire area where you can see which places to visit and give you their recommendations. I sincerely believe that it is worth it if we compare price and quality.

The room looked nice at first then I noticed the mold on the bedding when held up to the light. Management assured me that it wasnt mold so that is reassuring. Rooms : 1/5 | Service : 1/5 | Location : 4/5 More
