This is not a 4-star company. We were very sorry that we trusted the landscaping company Creations Aqua Terra Tremblant with the landscaping around our home. It was a $33,000 project. The natural stone patio was never level and pitched badly after the first year. The paving stones in front of the house on the walkway also pitched. When we contacted the owner after the first year, he said we had to wait a few years for the stones to settle. We did. We waited. We didn't know that after 3 years he could claim he was no longer responsible. And that's what the owner of Creations Aqua Terra did. He never came to look at the work, even when he was called and sent an email with photos of the problems. Then you need a lawyer. The owner of Creations Aqua Terra was awful to work with, but his employees were very nice. It cost us a lot of money and time and effort to have the stone patio he improperly installed removed and redone. When the stones were removed, it was more than evident that the foundation for the stone patio in back of the house and the paving stones in the front walkway were not properly prepared. Also in front and in back of our home, he made the water pool towards the house, instead of away. Another landscaping company came to our home and evaluated the work of Aqua Terra Tremblant and told us why the patio stones were pitching and always unlevel. I hope that other people will consider another landscaping company to entrust with their landscaping project. Creations Aqua Terra Tremblant was just awful. Sorry we chose them, but we did not know until after they did the work.
