        Great product, and Mark is very friendly. Service techs are also nice. The only problem I have is the way they manage their business. Their pricing, billing, payment and appointment booking processes are not what you would excpect for a business like this. If they upgrade there business side of things I will definitely upgeade to 5 stars.

        I was in the market for a whole home generator and i found Combitech in the Mont Tremblant area. I stopped by their office and was greeted by Mark who gave me all the information about the home generator. Later that week he stopped by my house to assess the size i needed and to take photos for electrical and propane. After that when everything was ready i met with Marie to finalize everything and within a short period of time the generator arrived and everything was installed and ready for start up . Bruce arrived to do the start up and instruct us on the operation of the Cummins generator and connect it to the cloud .He did a great job and is a wealth of information on these machines .Bottom line is if you are looking for a generator in the Laurentians these are the people you should be talking to as they are truly professionals in their field. Service: Installation
