From the reception with Marie-Claude, you feel at home, and looking at this ultra-modern and very welcoming clinic, you are far from the dentists of yesteryear with their outdated clinics. Louise took care to explain all the steps to me a few weeks earlier and she did the same exercise again in Dr. Poitras' office. We are made very comfortable and throughout the surgical operation, Yvan informs us of each step. At the end of the surgery, I felt great, like it all happened in my living room watching a movie with a glass of red wine. Ds la rception avec Marie-Claude, on se sent chez-soi, et en regardant cette clinique ultra-moderne et trs accueillante, on est loin des dentistes d'autrefois avec leurs cliniques dsutes. Louise a pris soin de bien m'expliquer quelques semaines auparavant, toutes les tapes et elle a refait le mme exercice dans le bureau du Dr Poitras. Permettez-moi de le nommer Yvan tellement la rencontre a t agrable et vraiment...trs sympathique. Aprs quelques blagues, les explications de cette sommit mondiale tait tout simplement parfaite et on se laisse amener dans la salle d'opration qui tait prte depuis le matin. On nous met trs l'aise et pendant toute l'opration chirurgicale, Yvan nous informe de chaque tape. la fin de la chirurgie, je me suis senti trs bien, comme si le tout s'tait droul dans mon salon regarder un film avec une coupe de vin rouge. Merci mille fois toute cette quipe incroyable et c'est avec un plaisir incommensurable que je recommande la clinique du Dr Yvan Poitras que je surnomme maintenant..."Le MichelAnge de l'industrie".
