When they arrived they came through the front door trying to lift the sofa upwards to try to enter the house but the sofa was too tall to stand up straight (8 feet ceiling height) After just doing that they said go back to the store to get a different model. I had to show them myself that the sofa can enter straight in without the need to put it horizontally. Why do I need to do their job?!?! After the sofa was in they left without even giving me a receipt.Sofa was left in its packaging for me to assemble on my own, when I asked at the store if they will assemble it for us they said absolutely yes. I hurt my back assembling the sofa legs myself and all the packaging was left at my house. I have never stressed so much because of a delivery service in my entire life. Their excuse for leaving was because I asked them if they can remove their shoes since my floors are brand new and their shoes are full of snow and sludge from outside. I will never get anything from BM ever again if they dont change theirs delivery service and hire their own men and trucks for a respectful delivery. Just absolutely horrible.
