Pourquoi ne pas reprendre un article dont le client n'a jamais pris possession. Un libraire peut retourner les invendus aux maison d'dition et rcupr leur argent. Deuximement de donner l'exemple donn, soit que le client trouve moins chre ailleurs insinue que les gens qui retourne des livres le font pour des raison financire. Et mme pire encore que les gens qui cherche une aubaine ne sont pas bienvenue. Entk je suis all chez mdias Paul qui vendent toutes sortes de livre pas juste des livres religieux. Et je n'ai mme pas eu le payer d'avance! Et quand j'ai racont ceci au monsieur caissier, il m'a dit : "ben voyons! mon but est que tu sois satisfait de ton achat, pas de te piger dans ton achat."
