DO NO ORDER ONLINE FROM WALMART !! If youre thinking of ordering online through Walmart just DONT. Their refund and return policy is terrible. I placed an order that was scheduled to arrive between 8:00-9:00 AM. I got an email saying the order was delivered at 7:58 but I never received any of the items. When I called to talk to a customer rep, I had to speak with 4 agents all giving me different information, on top of telling me I have to wait at home all day until 9:00 PM in case the delivery do come. If nothing then I would need to call back later that night for a refund. When I called, another agent told me they couldnt process a refund on the same day and that I would have to call again tomorrow. Still waiting on that refund. This is unacceptable for a company as big as them. They took my money but never delivered the items to my house. They made a mistake and wont own up to it. AVOID THEIR SERVICES AT ALL COST
