Hi, I own a Ford Explorer 2011, 253000KM, Nov. 2021 water pump gave in, as some of you know internal water pump. Since the engine had to be removed I asked for a rebuild. Luke guided me and explained the entire process, I went forward with it. Have been using the Explorer since then with 0 issues, a little problem started 3 weeks ago, I went to see Luke and they took care of the problem, totally honored the warranty. I'm satisfied with the work, I highly recommend this garage !
