The last time I went, the girl complained when I asked to cut the length of the nails, complained when I asked to change the shape, and complained about the color I chose. Went there yesterday for new nails. I waited couple of seconds, and I was served right away. This is not my first time. Sometimes u wait sometimes u don't, it's a first come first serve basis. I usually comes on Friday mornings. Maybe that's why it doesn't take that long. For those saying they have to wait, well that is because they take time to make sure u like ur nails. I got a new set for 45$ with fel color. I live my nails and will come back. I did when they increased their price. I tried all of the technicians. They do nails in their own way.
