Long wait time but he is thorough and takes his time to do things properly

Je ne confierai plus jamais mes dclarations de revenus M. Drouard. I trusted this accountant with my returns because someone recommended him to me. Two years in a row, he made several incorrect assumptions while filing my tax returns without telling me or asking me for the correct info, and I ended up owing the government much more than I should have both years. When I received my notices of assessment, I had to first contact him to figure out what went wrong and then contact the government to correct his mistakes. The whole point of seeing an accountant is to avoid these kinds of issues! Had I known he was so inattentive to details, I would have tried my hand at filing my returns myself. I probably would have done a better job than he did! What's more, he changed his email address mid year, but because he doesn't have a website or a mailing list to let his clients know, my emails went without a response. Do yourself a favour: go see someone else or file your returns yourself.
