The worst tax experience I've ever had. Went here last year to get my taxes done. He made multiple mistakes, and spelled my name differently on different forms. There was an issue due to a name change that he called and told me it was causing problems. I settled it with Revenu Quebec and called to tell him the issue was resolved. He refused to continue with my taxes, so told me to pick up the forms and mail them in myself. He left some lines blank and neglected to tell me there were some pages I had to sign, so Revenu Canada sent them back to me months later asking me to complete them. I got very little money back, very late in the year due to his incompetence. English and french aren't his first language, and he makes his kids work reception. Every time I went in they looked miserable, like they didn't want to be there. They don't have any knowledge and can't answer your questions, so they call out for him and when he comes he yells at them angrily in whatever his primary language is. Made me very uncomfortable. This whole experience was so stressful and unpleasant that it pushed me to learn how to do my taxes myself, to avoid ever having to pay to deal with someone like this again. Be warned.
