Terrible service. Dont use this company. I bought their AC and it has issue of auto shutdown and auto start! Called the company and they sent a technician Paid another more than 1000$ for repair and it included 2 years warranty. The problem is still there after a year. But they refused to honor the warranty!! Very disappointed!

Lorsque j'ai appel BCO, ils ont pris mon appel immdiatement et m'ont gentiment expliqu pourquoi il est difficile d'avoir du service car la logistique est trs complique pour le rsidentiel. Ils ont pris ma demande et m'ont promis de me rappeler et ont tenu promesse car quelques jours plus tard j'ai finalement pu avoir un entretien de mon climatiseur mural. Le service a t fait proprement, rapidement, par un technicien trs sympathique. Je recommande vivement !
