Raised the rent $145.00 this year, shower water switches from burning hot to freezing cold in seconds continuously since my senior mother and I moved in almost 3 years ago, heavy construction noises the whole time we've lived there. Horrible. If there were 0 stars, I would give that instead. The only good thing about it is that theres a lot of space. However, its not worth the hassle.

I lived there for 3years worst place I ever lived. They vacuumed the hallway just once when the inspectors were coming for bedbugs. They go in your apartment when you're not there. Don't be fooled by the outside appearance. You will REGRET IT.

Its and old building so you have to understand that this might come with some downsides, for instance the heating system can be a little wonky for keeping a stable temperature and the walls might not be aligning properly but overall its a well maintained building. Now considering the building itself, the space offered in each apartment, the possible view and the placement of the building in the city, this is one of the cheapest rents you can get for all those positives. The biggest problems right now are the renovations and if you are working from home this can be a problem however this period is making the building far more comfortable with the newer windows, by being patient you are gaining the end. As for the staff, they are very nice people however they are on the defensive at first. My advice to you if you are planing on coming in here: Be nice, be calm and be respectful, if follow these steps there is nothing the staff will not do, a few times they went above and beyond our highest expectations, this is shocking but also to their credit. I have to be honest and i am giving a three stars for now because of the renovations. Once this is over, this building is a solid 4 if not 4,5. Not perfect but worth it.
