4875 Dufferin - CLV Group

After years of living in Switzerland, we decided to return to Canada. I just signed a one year lease at 4875 Dufferin. CLV group has been a breath of fresh air to work with, very professional. Thats not the case with other rental companies I initially reached out to. Sarah was very accommodating and answered questions out of work hours when time was of the essence. Thank you Sarah for all your help, I really appreciate it!

The building will only answer emails when they see fit. People are smoking in their apartment and the building does nothing about it despite the contract you signed saying it's a smoke free building. They don't care.

What is wrong with this apartment?? Drilling at 7:40 without notice, frequent false fire alarms any time of the day, suddenly no water for cooking and shower for hours. I am so moving out next year.

Im a resident here, I like CLV 4875 Dufferin, The building is clean, quiet and secured. Very close to IGA, walking distance to Snowdon, villa maria, and Monkland. And If I have a problem or any question about my apartment, I always ask marc any day or any time and he always replies. And also the Dufferin maintenance guy Jonard is very friendly, sensible, and helpful. These guys are reliable.
