DO NOT MOVE HERE. Hazelview just allowed a private gym (SHAB fitness) to open up below the apartments and the noise is UNBEARABLE. They play loud music and drop their weights as early as 7:30am! Hazelview is doing NOTHING to stop them! I need to get the Tribunal involved to get me out of here. DONT MOVE HERE IF YOU VALUE SLEEP AND PEACE AND QUIET.

Move in, apt not cleaned even after notice and confirmation . Move out, booked 3 moves during the same time, had no elevator access, although confirmed and reserved a time with management. FYI. Theft problem in this building, as stated in other posts. Ive had 3 packages stolen in one year, management has done nothing to rectify. +good soundproofing

Lovely spacious apartments, amazing prices, and the nicest and accommodating management team. They listened to all our concerns and went out of their way to fix them. Theyre available whenever! They care more about your comfort that you money which is VERY rare. I worked with Eva and Alex. Eva went out of her way to make my move as easy as possible & I could never thank her for her kindness so the least I can do is take the time to write a review to let whomever is interested in this building what a lovely building and management this is!
