#housingcrisis Overpriced apartments, not near a metro station, in need of repairs (broken elevator and no working built-in heating), very poorly managed, laundry machines are costly, garage smells terrible and full of maggots, pigeon infestation (cant use balconies full of feces), closest to the most expensive chain grocery store and pharmacy (IGA and Jean Coutu), nearby a school with screaming kids daily and a busy fire station, neighboring apartment building fan noise is annoying 24/7, the city of Montreal or the rental tribunal wont help if you live here.
