I have been here for a year and my general feeling is positive. Nice room, never had a problem with utilities in the room, even if sometimes I have had lukewarm experiences with neighbours. The staff is very nice although sometimes disorganised. You are also promised a working printer for the residents to use in the building, but it never works... Raphael however has helped me many many times in my requests, and he is always a great help.

Nicely placed residence with very friendly neighbours. Good amenities and gym. Close to Mcgill and metro. Disappointed with the slowness and inefficiency of the staff. Offices are always closed and rarely anybody at the front desk during the week. Had to wait over an hour for my move-in, and nobody answered the phone. Thankfully raphael helped me move-in and has been super useful for my whole stay
