Aprs 6 mois dans cette rsidence le constat est assez clair pour notre couple : nous ne pourrions jamais recommander cette rsidence des amis ou des inconnus. Et soyons franc, mme notre pire ennemi a resterait cruel. Points positifs : bien plac, des espaces communs agrables Points ngatifs : 1. La "gestion", si vous souhaitez cder votre bail, faire une demande de maintenance, ou tout autre besoin soyez prt faire des allers-retours entre chez-vous et leur bureau : ils ne rpondent pas vos mails et il faut les relancer 3 4 fois pour qu'ils vous envoie enfin un document ou une information. I lived there for 2 years and it was a terrible experience. Management is horrible and incompetent. Sue Lebrun who I always had to deal with is a nightmare. Took weeks to get her to agree to do anything. Ask for her bosses email and she would just ignore me. Management will also do anything to take money from you. They were refusing to give me a refund for their mistake. Take my advice and find somewhere else to live.
