I agree with what most of the reviews say, Beautiful building but the concierge at the front desk act like they are the police. We pay a premium to live here and are treated rudely and policed like we are about to wreck the building.

Sometimes the guards were there but my order of delivery was still stolen. If I have even a penny, I would rather throw away than giving it to her. Worst experience. Really disappointing.
