Probably one of the worst management ever!!! No response to many of my emails for weeks or never answers them :( If you try to call them as a tenant during working hours, they mostly likely won't respond; but maybe they will respond if you want to rent their place Pros: - Relatively cheap rent for the first year (because of the two months promotion, but now it's only one month promotion) - Apartment is rather new - Great location, near metro and downtown; good for students - Nice cafe Cons: - EXTREMELY NOISY during the day and during the night!!! The construction never stops, and also there is a garbage site near by that makes some noise every night from 11am to 2am - Bad management; not responsive at all... - The manager seems very nice to you when you visit the place but actually does nothing when you move in - They emailed to have a weekly visit of the apartment from 10am-4pm for a whole month, two days per week; very rude!!! - Once they asked to visit my place 30 minutes before the time they wanted to visit it - There is no 24/7 security as promised, only some nights. The security measures could be easily ignored - The stove and the oven are pretty bad to use even if they look really modern; and so are other appliances in the room, they only look good - Shower room design is horrible (there is no door for the shower, the water gets everywhere), again, looks good but non-practical After a year of bad living experiences and the raising of the rent, I decided to leave for the better. It's a great place to be close to downtown, but unfortunately it's pretty bad. It's my first time writing a Google review, I feel that I had to say thing, normally I don't do reviews but it was that bad that I had to... It's sad... Summary: they just want your money and they don't really care about your living experience unless it's a huge concern of life and death; do not trapped by their empty promises for the sake of your mental health!

Update*** I filed the complaint, no response. I reached out to the upper manager, who asked Charles to contact me, but the latter ignored the request anyway. The emails I sent and efforts I made came to nothing at all. Pure SILENCE. Keep up the good attitude. I lived for a whole year in this apartment and I couldnt be more disappointed with their management. When I moved out, I left some personal belongings in the garage and had an oral agreement with the property manager Charles. I went back in a couple of days to pick up my stuff and turned out that they have recycled everything. I called Charles and he replied me with the most irritating tone and rudest attitude that he had thrown my things away. DO NOT RENT if you want any justice as a tenant.
