"The 1900 Lincoln"

It was my first time trip after COVID to Montreal. It was a convenient location as I have access to all close by. I stayed there for a month. Although the place isn't that spacious and new, but its quality of furnished apt was at reasonable price. Exactly as on photos on website. Staff was friendly too. Recommend for those looking for a place to stay in downtown

The manager is very nice and friendly. She genuinely cares about everyone. She helps me out whenever I run into problems. The building is at a great location, very close to urban amenities. The room is fully furnished with Wi-Fi. I highly recommend it!

Stayed here for almost 3 years but moving out of town for a new job. I strongly recommend this place to stay. Its good to have furnished apartment with free Wi-Fi for a very competitive price in downtown Montreal. Whenever I had some issues, the manager will find someone to fix the issue fast. I also appreciate the building to have a lot of office hours. I will definitely come back if I ever need to. Thanks again for making my stay enjoyable in Montreal.

Avoid at all costs. There are much better apartments that are more reasonably priced. Even if your priority is proximity to nearby schools. The landlady WILL give you problems. Room wasn't thoroughly cleaned, bath clogged, and the landlady is not going to hear you out on anything.

Good to have fully furnished studios and one bedroom apartments at less cost.
