I will be moving once my lease is up in 2023. Apartment was filthy. Was told it had been cleaned. Not true. No bathtub should fill unplugged because there is so much of the previous tenant clogging the drain. Oven interior smells of burnt rot and is completely stained. I have not been able to use it and do not plan to. No mail room, have found packages left open in the lobby. No doorman/security. Pool has been abandoned. Decent view. EDIT: Fast response from management, building staff is extremely friendly.

I met with Jennifer to see an apartment in the building. She was very attentive to help me and accompany me in the application process. Now, I am living in the building and I feel very confident that I made the right decision.

Careful with older reviews, this was an awesome building with a 24/7 security in the lobby including the onsite admin Francine who was fantastic. You could feel the admistration wanted to keep tenants around for a very long time. However CLV Group since acquired the place, and they eliminated the admin position and the lobby security. There's been numerous stolen packages since. They also eliminated several services, some major ones like the daily garbage pickup on every floor. Edit from 2022 : The gym is now also gone... I had to get a subscription from a gym nearby. Another 2022 edit : We no longer have storage lockers since April, and zero communication on whether we will ever get them back. In the past it could have been considered a luxury building, but CLV eliminated everything, it's now down to the basics. I can't speak for new tenants, but for those who were here pre-acquisition, it looks like it will be an annual battle over rent. CLV sends renewal letters with increases well above what's recommended by Quebec, and only if you push back, then they gradually "negociate" down to that number recommended by government.

We rented in November 2021, nice neighborhood, but what a disaster the experience of living in 2501 was. Highlights: a) first Amazon purchase delivered but stolen inside the building (management did nothing and advised to solve it with Amazon; b) recurrently clogged pipe; c) painting over cracks and dirt; d) enter your apartment without authorization. I have 2 pets and I sent an email + went in person to warn that the date imposed with less 18 hours notice would not be viable. Behold, I'm taking a shower and a person from the administration opens the door of the apartment and enters, without authorization, at least unpleasant, rude and completely clueless. I have a camera inside the apartment and if it happens again, I will go with evidence to the police. e) if you work remotely, terrible location, as there is no electricity almost every week and there are works in the building all the time
