LUNA Appartements Urbains

Luna is a great place to live! They are not like other apartments. The thing that Luna has that the rest are missing is the sense of community within the tenants and admin of Luna. It is a great place for a student to live because, to me and my roommates, it feels as if we are living in a university residence like in our first year again because most of the tenants are uni students and from all over the world as well. I've met people from Mexico, US, China, Japan, Morocco, Canada, Egypt and so many more. It is a wonderful international community that Luna has managed to build. The admin are constantly providing all tenants with gatherings in the lounge with food, drinks, and music. This allows both tenants and admin to get together, share a meal, have some fun, blow off some steam, and really get to know each other. I moved into Luna in September and I didn't know anyone else in the building. But thanks to all these gatherings for halloween, christmas, etc. Luna has allowed me to get to know my neighbours, make friends, and feel really welcomed and part of the Luna community. Thank you so much to all the Luna admin and staff :)!

Very nice place to live in especially for McGill students. Very close to any McGill facilities. The price is fair. Office manager Leticia Olguin is absolutely hospitable and enthusiastic and tries everything to solve your problems. Highly professional and easy to talk with. Dont hesitate to reach out to her if you are interested in living here. The comments about constructions are out of date. There is no construction issues during the time I live here.

Luna is a wonderful place to live in. The building is very well maintained. It offers a lot of great amenities that I didn't use as much as I should have. One beautiful amenity that I recommend to any tenant, is the garden, it's not used as much as it should be, but it's wonderful to hang out in the summer. I stayed there last year, and the only reason I left is because I bought condo. Management is always responsive and acts on repair requests rather quickly. All the concierges are very friendly, helpful, and very organized with packages delivered. I recommend Luna to anyone looking for a stress-free rent in Montral.

Le staff a toujours t bon, mais actuellement il est son plus haut niveau. Diana et Leticia, qui font partie du personnel administratif, sont courtoises et trs rceptives aux demandes des locataires. Tous les problmes sont rsolus rapidement et le personnel d'entretien ainsi que celui de la scurit sont respectueux et font du bon travail. Bref, au-del de l'atmosphre conviviale qui caractrise les Appartements Luna, il y a le dpanneur, le resto Subway, le gym, la salle d'tude, le lounge et la cour arrire/jardin comprenant un Barbecue. Je recommande fortement aux gens de trouver un logement dans ce be immeuble.
