Extremely poorly managed place. You pay 1700$ rent for 1bdr and get get service and response like 100$ place. Unless you CC head office, the manager Yasmin will not answer your emails and she is always aggressive and insulting. She believes helping and servicing clients and tenets is not her duty ( her exact words) They change the terms of lease without telling you or flat out lie to you to get you sign and then 0 communication. In our case, they locked us out of building the day of out moving out and we could not get into our parking, building or the unit in order to move out. Yasmin says its not my problem and blames informatics and suggest no solution to help and ofc get hostile. You are better off literally anywhere else.

Cant wait to move out. I am the first tenant in my apartment and the walls are so thin I can hear my neighbors watching tv in a very normal none loud way(no sound bar). Complained 2 months ago for a few times but it did not help. My neighbor downstairs and myself hear music on a weekly basis but we cant exactly identify where it comes from therefore cant pin point the area. I work all week regular hours, but cant have a regular sleep going because my pillow vibrates to the sounds. I havent complained in a while and honestly dont see any difference if I would. If youre looking for peace, you shouldnt move in. If you go to sleep really late, youll be good here.

We finally moved out, and I cannot emphasize how mismanaged and hellish this apartment is. Don't waste your money. Never go toYimby. READ all the reviews. You will see we were not the only ones, and I regret not considering other people's experiences. We lease transferred our app and informed the manager the day before moving that we would move out in the evening. Still, the next day we realized they had canceled our access to the building without informing us, and we were locked out of our app with our stuff inside. It was raining cats and dogs, and because the manager could not speak or understand English I had to text her and when she finally answered she said it was not her problem and the IT department canceled it at the end of the working day! Imagine! Then who told the IT department to cancel it? We still had one day on our lease, but she did not care and just asked them to cancel it. When we finally got in and tried to use the parking, the same thing happened. They have a janitor in the building, but he refused to help because the manager said so. I have all her text messages, how she insulted us instead of accepting her mistake or misunderstanding or whatever and refused to help us for 1 hr until we found a way to move out. I have pictures, emails, and videos of every single abuse we went through in this apartment, and we had to call the police so many times because the management refused to help and said it was not their problem. The manager is just there to get the money and will never help you.
