I would like to share my experience living in this building. First, I must express my frustration with the heater situation. The heater is completely controlled by the company, leaving tenants unable to adjust the temperature themselves. Second, the heater sometimes stops working in cold winter. Despite reporting the issue for over 10 days and receiving multiple promises of a repair, no one has shown up to fix it. This has been a significant problem during the cold winter, and this problem hasnt been solved yet. Additionally, the bathroom shower is broken, and while the technician promised to replace it with a new one, they only provided crude repairs. Now we are unable to adjust the water temperature, which has caused significant inconvenience. Moreover, the apartment has no external outlet for the range hood. As a result, smoke fills the entire apartment every time we cook, which is especially unfriendly to tenants with rhinitis.

CLV/Interrent REIT is one the worst companies in Canada. They are a REIT and theyre destroying the housing market in Montreal. They own 2500 units in the city of Montreal and over 22 high-rises since they entered the Montreal market in 2019. While everyone else in Quebec was eating misery, CLV and Interrent REIT were in aggressive expansion. Every positive review on here, if you do a little research, are sham accounts leaving positive reviews on all their respective buildings handles. CLV has made an art form of evading the laws of rent stabilization and insalubrity in Quebec. I strongly suggest you go to Logis Quebec to view the apartments that CLV has available to rent and then on the next pages see how that rent compares to the rest of the neighborhood. Since Group CLV entered the Montreal market in 2019 they have doubled the rents in all of their units. I strongly recommend that tenants go to the TAL and get in touch with their local building inspectors. I highly recommend contacting access linformation in your neighborhood and requesting all information with regard to your building and even your unit specifically between Interrent REIT, CLV and the building inspector. You will no doubt see multiple in fractions and youll see for yourself how CLV conducts business. CLV is an evil company. They are dirt cheap and incompetent and insanely greedy and pathologically dishonest. If you want to pay CLV $1900 for a 3 1/2 in Montreal, you would get a better deal in Vancouver.

Lea Gascon is the most patient and helpful leasing agent I have met in Montreal. She has always been very responsive to our requests and helped us through the application. It's been a great experience!

I've lived at Pavillon Hutchison for a little over a year now and it's generally been a positive experience. The site manager, Charlie, has been incredibly helpful, accommodating, and friendly throughout the entire time I've lived there and I truly don't know what I would do without him. He makes an effort to get to know all the residents and everyone I've met who lives in the building is very fond of him as well. All maintenance issues that have come up have been handled promptly by him, which I really appreciate. He truly has the best interests of the residents in mind and I am so appreciative of everything he does for the building and its residents! He is a standout among CLV management - unfortunately, not all my experiences with the rest of the management company have been as positive. If not for those negative experiences, this review would be 5 stars for sure. Thank you Charlie!

Lea Gascon was a pleasure to work with. She responded quickly to all my questions and was able to provide me with a video tour (twice!) of the apartment we were interested in.
