BEWARE about thinking to live in this building. A real nightmare. Presence of the following: bed bug, cockroach, elevator problems, poor acoustic and sound insulation, harassment from management. If you already live there, you should surely notice apartments that are still unoccupied. Request access to the City of Montreal register (via information access request) and you will realize that several apartments have been declared unsanitary. I recommend that you bring in a city inspector to testify about your situation and then go running to file a complaint with the Rgie de logement.

I gave one star because there was no negative values available. If your life is too calm and lack of excitement, you want to add some extreme stress, this place is the best choice for you. What you can expect: 1- Too thin walls you can hear easily all the noise from your neighbors. 2- Too many cockroaches. 3- Summer time they are using bad smelly substance sprayed every where. 4- building management don't help you if you have problems. 5- 100$ security deposit return can last 1 year.

My apartment had many cockroaches, despite my efforts to keep it as clean as possible. I attached a photo of our kitchen cabinet. Additionally, since I moved out (1st of September), the building manager has been unresponsive to my messages, NOT returning my security deposit.

The building manager is irresponsible, rude, and irritating. And has not returned the security deposit.
