        Do not move here nor any building managed by ALFID. Management is the absolute worst. They had a better one previously and since they changed everything went downhill. They do not care about the tenants nor keeping the building up to date.

        There are people still living in the building. It is not "PERMANENTLY CLOSED". Just do your job, repair or renovate your building but respect the people who are living there. Don't try mislead people, just say "No Rental Appt".
