        There are lots of noise from apartment on top of me. I wrote complain letter but no one cares . Apartment on top of me has dog , I have many sound of barking and jumping, it happened during most of day times and nights. Many times , cannot sleep by 2 or 3 a.m of having their voice . Hope the company read it.

        There is no Sound insulation system in this apartment. It is a nightmare every day when we have to hear our upstairs neighbor walking from morning till past midnight and again again. Awful and really annoying.
