La scurit est parfaite, mais depuis 1mois les passages, les escalliers, le radiateur sont mal entretenues, les dchets extrieure et les bac dchets ne sont pas placs (je peux crire mon nom dans l'escalier tellement il y a plein de grosse poussires et des tches sur les planchs du passage ) De plus, il y a des matires Kleenex sur le gazon de la piscine et la sale de lavage est trs poussireuse. Au plaisir que tout soit devenu comme avant propre et agrable)a suivre.?

    Worst apartment i have had the misfortune of moving into, here is a summary of the issues i have had to deal with over my 2 year stay. - Bed bug infestation lasting over a year due to a complete lack of understanding of proper containment and extermination protocols from the on-site manager, refused to treat adjacent units when it was clear the problem had been spreading. Never received a notice of an issue when it first arose in a unit next to mine, found out from the neighbor when tossing out furniture. - Building superintendent is unprofessional and verbally abusive, will dismiss complaints without inquiring further, speaks to you in a condescending tone when ever you stand up for yourself and demand some dam service, alluding to tennants making things up for no clear reasons. He will also have plenty of excuses to throw your way as to why something wont be getting fixed and acts as if you, the paying tennant are wasting his time. - Negligent maintenance of the stairs at the front of the building, often covered in thick sheets of ice in the winter during rush hours in the morning and at night. The superintendant's excuse? He doesn't want to get up at 6 to clean the stairs or spray salt... something that can be done the night before to prevent ice buildup in the first place. I nearly broke my back falling on those stairs in February 2018 and am still recovering to this day. - A long list of other safety concerns ranging from a broken, handle-less balcony fire exit door which i can hardly open in case of an emergency to shattered ceramic tiles on my bathroom floor and smells of mold and moisture coming from the kitchen sink wall. These issues have never been addressed in over a year. - The 3 washing and 3 drying machines keep breaking down and it can take several weeks for them to be repaired leaving you stuck waiting hours on end for your turn. - Lastly, if you are a non smoker you may find great difficulty breathing without catching cigarette smells coming from power outlets, various holes in the walls / floors and the hallway door. I had to take extensive measures to seal off the apartment to keep the smell out.
