        Admins are liars and scammers. I signed an agreement to lease a parking garage spot on their first floor, it is written in the contract. After payment, it turns out the spot they gave me does not exist at all, and instead told me to use a spot on a lower floor, which has a slope that scratches my car. They completely lied about the parking spot to scam money.

        I've been living in the building for 10 months. 1. STM metro explosion happens nearby 2. Both elevators are broken 3 weeks and no one seems to fix it, I was stuck in the elevator today and I have to call 911 to get me out. 3. Cockroaches come out from the sink. 4. Many problems in the apartment, water leaking...
