Campus1 MTL

This is literally living hell. The people are absolutely horrible and rude especially the chefs except 2 of them (Byron). The security is extremely rude and has lost not one but 2 of my packages and did nothing about it. The fire alarm goes off at godly hours and takes ages to stop. The food has given me food poisoning more times then I can count and has such an extreme amount of fat and fried stuff that I have gained 17 pounds this year. They dont let me warm up my croissants. To make matters worse, they charge us a mandatory 782/month meal plan. They give me extremely judgmental looks when I get locked out of my room. They stare at us in the cameras and say they have all these events that are always awful and there is such a favoritism that happens in the kitchen towards the guests from the workers. I do not recommend living here at all.

I had the pleasure this year to stay at Campus one on my college journey, and I must say that it was an amazing experience. I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. The facilities, and the common areas, along with the building's location were incredibly convenient. There is still one area that could use improvement: the food. That being said, the exceptional service by the staff that is extremely comprehensive was truly comforting. In particular, I'd like to extend my gratitude to Vladimir Khoury, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. His professionalism, dedication and friendly behaviour truly set him apart as the best staff member.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Campus1 MTL, and one of the highlights of my trip was interacting with one particular employee, Marie. From the moment I checked in, Marie went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. First and foremost, Marie was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. She took the time to chat with me and get to know me a bit, which made me feel like more than just a guest. In addition to being friendly, Marie was also very knowledgeable about the hotel and the surrounding area. She was able to answer all of my questions and provide great recommendations for things to see and do during my stay. I really appreciated her insights and expertise. Overall, I can't say enough good things about Marie and my experience with her at this hotel. She truly embodies what it means to provide exceptional customer service, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience.
