My deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the current state of the heating system in our building. Despite paying for electricity and heating, but the management has installed something that is hindering the functioning of the heating system. Plus: pool was closed, high rent, they just need $$. Each 2 month they change a manager. They said pool in running but without water....

I have a negative experience. feeling angry and frustrated with the bad service, non-functional pool, lack of parking, and high rent. It's important for service providers to meet their customers' expectations and deliver on their promises. Non professional management and customer service.

Cavendish 2500 is one of the terrible building. Awful management(Gabriella is impolite and irresponsible)she did not know how she should handle. Poor control No parking(we are on waiting list for 5years) Decline in services No repair Very cold in winter Inexperienced employees Unreasonable price increase(for nothing, no specific facility or services) Postal packs are stolen due to lack of cameras. Nobody answer phone. Nobody reply emails. Indoor pool is so dirty you cannot use most of the time. Company dont care about the requests of tenants. The needs of tenants are not taken into account. Garbage shooting is often blocked. Their employees speak Spanish in the presence of tenants. They donr read surveys. This building is not recommended for renting even if you are a newcomer. I have heard the previous company( FDL) was better than Capreit.
