Almost 2yrs my daughter does not feel safe because Capreit has still not fixed this matter. As a full time College student, and with hrs non end of homework everyday, I placed my daughter in an appartment here thinking she would be safe here. Not knowing anyone from Mtl yet, or no family here. I am very disappointed, of even i pay the rent it' s been 2 years now, and I live 12hrs away from Mtl, Most of time back yard is not eccessible only when janitor available to unlock doors from inside, Chip Access Control keychain breaks open if dropped, then stuck to walk miles to office for new key then pay 15-25$ again for new one if offices are open, if not you get locked out. Offices only open mon-friday 9-5, so if you work days you can' t have new one unless you have a understanding boss and nights well you' re out of luck. Office manager is always changing. Parking is far to expensive if your lucky there' s a parking available. There' s no outside parking for relative or caregiver especially if overnight stay, then you get parking ticket even in mal parking or restaurant' s parking your not allowed to park, Capreit needs to work it out with mall for day/night outside parking for visitors, so people can see their relatives or caregivers , or loved ones because there's "0" parking nearby, not everybody lives in Mtl, I live 12 hrs from Mtl, and just to see my relative once or twice a year i' m stuck parking far away or in street always having worry all night if I get towed or vandalized, tickets i' ve had and really wasn' t impressed, not a well organized i find, rent increases and rents are far too high price for what it' s worth.
