The manager, Diana, is doing her best not helping you at all, disappointing you of pursuing a simple repair request (which is by law their responsibility tho), make you leave the property, and give it with a higher price to the next victim. Thats their business plan I guess! You wont believe that Ive been asking to change a burnt counter in my kitchen for two years! They handed me the unit in this condition which is illegal. Then put me in an infinite loop of back and forth until I get frustrated and give up. Do yourself a favour and keep searching. Youll definitely find a better place where the heating actually works in winter, your packages are not being stolen, and is not infested with cockroaches.

Great location and good price, as far as I know. Other than that, delayed renovations, old appliances, unclean aisles, pests...I would only recommend living here if you are out of options.
