I have ordered from this restaurant 20+ times over the last 8 years. It was a good option for neighborhood sushi except that 1 out of 3 orders had a mistake in it, consistently. Something missing usually. Despite this, we continued ordering over the years. I noticed quality going down for some reason, as well. However, now, it's the last straw. Upon ordering on their new website, we realized we made a mistake and contacted them to fix the error. They seem to have no control over orders placed online(it's their business?!) and we're unable to amend the order we made. We had called within 5 minutes of placing the order and it...was already made, apparently. Very unhappy.
