TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I used to love going to that branch but not anymore in October I had a bad experience and today also I had an appointment to open an RDSP registered disability savings account I had all the required documents my passport, letter from the Canada revenue and I even had my tax paper in case if needed. This lady asked me if I was a permanent resident when she had my Canadian passport. Asking when did I come to Canada. She went inside and said oh she talked to her manager she couldnt open the account for me oh I needed another letter I did not know what she was talking about and on top of that it was not my first time opening an rdsp account two years ago I have opened one at that same location with a different advisor he no longer works there. I will never ever go back to that branch. She did not even go into a room with me and my 4 years old son she stayed in the lobby by that help desk I have never experienced anything like this. Thank you for wasting my time.
