Le service de carte RBC Rcompenses+ (Visa) est digne d'une rpublique de bananes. Renouvellement de la carte envoyer a Montral , mon adresse est a Laval, ils ont mis 2 mois aprs l'expiration de ma carte avant de corriger leur erreur. Ils avaient dcider de glisser la carte dans un tiroir et d'attendre. Aprs 2 rappel a cette succursale quelqu'un a allum ( ou fait surface) et a dcider d'annuler la carte et de m'en envoyer une autre, donc encore environ 30 jours d'attente supplmentaire. Finalement je reois ma carte, mais surprise le responsable n'a allum qu'a moiti, il a oubli d'inclure celle de ma conjointe . . .! J'ai appeler le service de RBC . . . . Erreur, Il n'y a qu'une machine pour vous rpondre et quand elle vous met en attente. !!! Une araigne aura le temps de tisser sa toile au bout de votre nez avant que quelqu'un ne rponde. Bref: une employe de la succursale de RBC Laval m'a expliqu que RBC ne peut rien faire pour rgler ce problme, c'est la responsabilit de Visa.
ps: J'ai compos le numro de tlphone indiqu sur la carte pour les cartes voles ou perdues; aucune rponse aprs une 1/2 h, d'attente.
