Truly, the worst service ever. What should have taken no more than eight minutes took 45 minutes because the girl was new. I was told over and over again by the clerk how it wasnt her fault and her managers should never have left her on the floor , because she did not like that I started crying . Which I am allowed to do when someone makes me 45 minutes late. I promise that I am a super patient person but every time I come here they test my limits.

Aliana not professional at all, And she is not a good person. I went to pay my taxes today, I was exhausted, and I was checking my phone to open revenue quebec and revenue canada tax document, i think i was a little far than the line, but no one was there. She say to me: line is here not there I say: oh ok sorry , i just was tryimg access link but looks internet doesnt work. She say: yes is not working sorry and have a nice day, like she want to kick me out. I say: thank you not a problem, i step back for a second then i see another lady going to office i go to her and i pay my taxes with her and she was nice. I have been coming to this place for three years and the first time I had a bad experience. Maybe i wasnt wearing good so she disrepect me by eyes or maybe she is just rude or i dont know. Anyway i couldnt let it go, i pass my feedback and she dosnt worth more lettre or a second of think.
