I cannot recommend Richard and his team highly enough! He worked with three of my family members on wills: myself, my dad, who is abroad on a 7 hour time difference and my sister, who has cognitive deficits. He was extremely patient, gathered everyones needs and wishes and explained complexities in simple terms so my sister understood fully what she was signing. He also helped me understand the best strategy to create a trust for her so she is provided for if I die first, which has given me tremendous peace of mind. Feedback was turned around quickly, expectations were set well, everyone we interacted with was awesome. For many people, thinking about ones death and preparing a will are stressful, unpleasant tasks - but with Richard and his team on your side, it will be a surprisingly pleasant experience all round.
