CARSTAR Montreal St-Urbain

We got referred to this garage by our insurance in January to get an evaluation. They were supposed to call us by the end of March to give us an appointment to get our car fixed. We even got the bill of ordered pieces. We tried contacting them since the end of March to get a date from them since they ordered the pieces, NO ANSWERS AT ALL!!! We called and left them sooooo many times/messages. They don't even call us back or check their messages. I asked our insurance if we could change garage, they said yes but we might have to pay a fee if they've already ordered the pieces. This garage just want to dump you and steal your money. Worst garage ever.

Believe it nor not, try to avoid it at any cost you can!!! They treat customers as FOOL. I did my estimate in early November 2022 and at that time they told me the repairs would be done in December which looks very acceptable. Then at each time I called them (well I always had to call 20 times before they can unwillingly pick up my call), they said the work could be done in next few weeks. Shouldnt it be first come first serve? Now half year has passed and still no single update!! Its extremely ridiculous!
