Bien que le travail effectu ait t satisfaisant, j'ai eu quelques problmes avec la communication entre les employs de l'entreprise et moi-mme. Il m'a fallu plusieurs appels pour obtenir des informations sur l'tat de la rparation de mon vhicule, ce qui tait frustrant. De plus, j'ai trouv que l'estimation initiale du cot de la rparation tait un peu leve, surtout pour une rparation de carrosserie mineure sur une Tesla. En fin de compte, je suis satisfait du travail effectu, mais j'aurais aim une meilleure communication avec les employs et une estimation plus prcise du cot de la rparation.

Car was repaired fine but waited 3 weeks for an appointment and in the end i got my vehicle 4 days after the scheduled return date.. and of-course i had to pay the extra rental fee for the replacement vehicle out of my pocket - they should do better planning for repairing vehicles and quoting deadlines
