DAY 1, I left my car on a Thursday morning as per my appointment, to had the summer tires installed and aligned. I was advised before they even looked at my car that maybe they would have to change some pieces in order to do the alignment (you see where this goes) I left it and walked. At 4;45 PM we called because and they hadn't still touched my car, so it stayed overnight. DAY 2, Around 1 pm we finally got a call, they had to change some parts. We immediately authorized the work. We picked the car at 4:45 after 2 days in what usually would have taken 2 hours AND IT WASN'T ALIGNED because of the tires being (slightly) uneven. They could have check the tires on day one, with me, the client there, but they didn't, instead they charged us with a big bill and we got to have the tires aligned elsewhere.
