First time customer with TC. Spoke with Chris. Upon dropping my car off they immediately threw it up on a lift and did a walk through with me to evaluate things. My previous mechanic at Speedy had identified an oil pan leak and left it at that. Within 5 minutes of taking it in to TC. It was clear that yes there was a small leak with the oil pan but a much more substantial leak in the transmission oil pan. They were extremely flexible around my travel schedule, provided regular updates about the car and even identified a few things that I'll need to do in the future, but at no point tried to pressure me into doing anything unnecessary. Just drove it home from TC to home in the west island and I can say my car runs better than when I first bought it. Would highly recommend. Not to mention their pricing is half that of the BMW dealership. A+ service start to finish.
