        Note that the front door with access to the ATM isn't 24/7, even if it's not that late but it's evening the door was locked and you can't access the ATM. This was around 10:30pm on a weeknight.

        I think this is the worst customer experience I had in a bank. They make you go to the branch to call you or send you emails later to tell you you need to comeback as if that's the only thing we have to do in our life. Summary : I don't recommend, there are better user experiences around ...
