Prsente comme la banque des PVTistes, elle nous aura mis de nombreux bton dans les roues : transfert bloqu, erreur dans la cration des comptes, oublie de validation de cartes, mauvaise fois, oblig d'appeler plusieurs fois et de vrifier si les conseillers ont fait les corrections, rebalancement entre succursale, centre d'appel ... bref au bout de 2 mois c'est pas encore termin. Note positive pour les personnes en centre d'appel qui sont plus comptents et sympathiques.

Can't access the bank when it's supposed to be opened. Most of these branches are only opened from 10 to 3 Monday to Friday. Can't get off from my job cause I'm working in an essential service. Their phone doesn't work. So no service but they would gladly take your money.
