Very unprofessional and not serious bank ! Lost 4 months of time and got 1500$ problem !! Big mistake in first place that I have opened an account in this bank NOT RECOMMEND TO DEAL WITH SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

Worst employer i have ever worked for - if youre wondering why the customer service is horrible its because they treat their employees like numbers, rotating numbers since no one wants to stay at such a horrible company. Not only do they not train you properly, they dont train you long enough and fill you with empty promises of mental health days and vacation. There is absolutely no support for the workers, they scramble to help you with little information. They also force you to open a bank account with them when first being hired.. that should tell you enough. I'd recommend doing your banking literally anywhere else, your mattress would answer your questions better then any one at this bank. let's see if this review makes it, or if they're spending more time taking down bad reviews rather then looking within the company to better themselves.

WARNING Manulife bank practices unethical financial behaviour. They freeze the account so that you can't access it online and restrict thier customer service operators actions and hold your funds while they process to close the account and they promise to send a cheque to the physical address which take indefinite. WARNING, BEWARE OF THOSE ONLINE BANKS

Garbage shady institutution open my account online, gets my deposit and then freezes my account for 2 weeks...don't fall for too easy to true bank account it's a scam ..
